1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the PHCash 8 platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who accesses or uses any service offered by PHCash 8. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the PHCash 8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

PHCash 8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the PHCash 8 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PHCash 8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering or using the PHCash 8 platform.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of PHCash 8, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by PHCash 8 or any other gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the PHCash 8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

When registering your PHCash 8 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required for identity verification.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify PHCash 8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your PHCash 8 account, whether or not authorized by you.

PHCash 8 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including during the registration process, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

PHCash 8 also reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the PHCash 8 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PHCash 8 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Other payment methods as may be added or removed by PHCash 8 from time to time

Deposits are credited to your PHCash 8 account upon confirmation of receipt of funds. PHCash 8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your PHCash 8 account.
• PHCash 8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the PHCash 8 platform at the time of the withdrawal request.
• PHCash 8 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

PHCash 8 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all PHCash 8 bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• PHCash 8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• PHCash 8 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotion system, or in violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the PHCash 8 platform — including Dragon Gate, Coin, Dragon Fishing 2, Ganesh Fortune, West Hunter Bingo, WM Live, and Badminton betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the PHCash 8 platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

The following general gameplay rules apply across all PHCash 8 games and betting markets:

• All bets placed on the PHCash 8 platform are final once confirmed. PHCash 8 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, PHCash 8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• PHCash 8 uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• For live casino games through WM Live, the decisions of the live dealer are final subject to the applicable game rules.
• For sports betting markets, including Badminton, PHCash 8 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, verified match-fixing concerns, or data feed errors.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHCash 8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the PHCash 8 platform.
• Providing false, inaccu rate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the PHCash 8 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the PHCash 8 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by PHCash 8.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by PHCash 8.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the PHCash 8 platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform's infrastructure or interfere with other players' use of the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward PHCash 8 staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

PHCash 8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. We recognize that while gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment for the vast majority of players, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gaming behaviors. PHCash 8 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the PHCash 8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of PHCash 8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PHCash 8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the PHCash 8 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the PHCash 8 platform.
• Use any PHCash 8 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any PHCash 8 content.

Any unauthorized use of PHCash 8 intellectual property may result in legal action. PHCash 8 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHCash 8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the PHCash 8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond PHCash 8's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the PHCash 8 platform.

PHCash 8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11 Privacy

PHCash 8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the PHCash 8 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the PHCash 8 Privacy Policy.

PHCash 8 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Filipino players on the platform in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only as necessary and as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

PHCash 8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no legal hold applies.

You may also close your PHCash 8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

PHCash 8 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the PHCash 8 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

PHCash 8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHCash 8 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, PHCash 8 may also notify registered players of significant changes via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the PHCash 8 platform after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the PHCash 8 platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
